About

I come from the corporate world, working for Fortune 500 firms and consulting in business management  CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions.  After the 1st half of my career I realized what I enjoyed the most…growing small to large.  But when organizations reach a certain point the bureaucracy comes into the culture.  I am motivated by adding value, and being in a bureaucratic environment slows down innovation and the ability to get good ideas tested and implemented.

My past roles, mostly in executive leadership, have taught me a great deal…and none of it would I give back.  However, my passion is to help businesses grow – that’s typically with the right types of customers…who deliver the revenue desired for the business owner to reach his/her goals.  While each business is unique, roughly 90% will fail within 10 years from getting started.  And less than 5% of all business owners truly reach the freedom they desire…and the freedom they dreamt of when they opened the doors.

Many business owners are simply ‘in the business’, and are wearing too many hats.  Some attempt to wear fewer hats and focus on a couple key areas of the business.  The successful business owners typically surround themselves with great talent to augment the areas where they are weak, or the areas they don’t want to administer routinely.

My mission is to help successful and motivated business owners reach their goals.

90% of marketing $$ are wasted today.  I work with business owners to understand their goals, develop a strategic and tactical plan to get them there, and hold them accountable to specific tasks and deliverables.  We then jointly review results and make adjustments to the plan as needed.  Most businesses do not possess the type of capital required to waste marketing $$, so we aim to market both efficiently and effectively.

As a marketing coach, my reward is seeing the business owner recognize their goals!
